Ms. Stacy S. Bostjanick is a Senior Expert for Contracting and the OUSD A&S, Director of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Policy. She also served as the DIA, Head of Contracting Activity and at the Missile Defense Agency as the Senior Contracting Officer for the Standard Missile 3 Block IA and IB development and production program, executing over $5 billion highly-complex, cutting-edge contracts for the nation’s missile defense system.

Mr. Kalka is Deputy Director for the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3)/DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE). In this role, he is responsible for cybersecurity threat information sharing, DIB engagement activities, and cybersecurity services for a public-private partnership of 940+ defense contractors. He leads a continual process improvement program, under which DCISE achieved and maintains a Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI-SVC) Level III certification.

Captain Samson C. Stevens, is the Sr. Commander, Sector Virginia leading 1,200 Coast Guardsman and Auxiliary personnel, conducting Coast Guard Missions in the Commonwealth of Virginia’s waters and offshore. His official authorities include Captain of the Port, Officer in Charge of Marine Inspections, Federal On Scene Coordinator, Federal Maritime Security Coordinator, and Search and Rescue Mission Coordinator.
