NDTA and USTRANSCOM regret to inform you that the 2025 NDTA-USTRANSCOM Fall Meeting scheduled October 6-9, 2025, has been canceled due to the U.S. Federal Government Shutdown. Please see additional information below.
LODGING
IMPORTANT — All registrants must cancel their own hotel reservations. You can do this using your reservation confirmation email, or visit the Lodging page for individual hotel information.
REGISTRATION
NDTA will be issuing credit card refunds for event registration fees, continuing education unit fees, meal fees and docent tour fees NLT close of business Friday, October 10. You should expect to see a refund on your credit card in approximately 1 to 2 business days after NDTA processes the cancellation.
If your registration fee was not paid by credit card, an NDTA representative will contact you directly regarding refund arrangements.
EXPO/SPONSOR
If your organization has purchased a Fall Meeting sponsorship or exhibit space, a separate communication will be delivered to the appropriate point of contact regarding refund details.
NDTA and USTRANSCOM are whole heartedly disappointed to cancel the 2025 NDTA Fall Meeting. The Fall Meeting provides government and industry with the opportunity to identify and solve logistics and transportation challenges, learn about innovative technologies, develop best practices, and build professional and personal relationships. We hope to see you in 2026 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center October 26-29, 2026.
