Description: This session will provide participants with the essential knowledge for effective management of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program, emphasizing the use of mandatory reports to mitigate program risk and delinquency. Attendees will be instructed on the location and utilization of these critical reports within Citi’s Commercial Card Reporting System (CCRS). Furthermore, the session will furnish a comprehensive overview of the program’s foundational management pillars, the established delinquency timeline, and all available payment options.

Topic:  DFAS Post Pay Review & Analysis

Description: The purpose of this course is to provide examples of previously found improper payments and to provide tools and tips on how to prevent future improper payments. The session will walkthrough travel scenarios and commonly found IPs and how to prevent them from ever occurring. The session also highlights any new improper payments trends and root causes the Post Pay Division is currently tracking.

Topic:  City Pair Program 101: How to Utilize the Governmentwide Air Passenger Program

Description: The City Pair Program (CPP) is a governmentwide air passenger program and is an important part of the Federal Government’s day-to-day mission operation. Our goal is to meet our customer mission needs by providing an overview of the program and the value CPP brings to the traveler and government as a whole. The program will provide a summary of its key performance indicators.

Description: This session will focus on how the GO.gov shared service model delivers a comprehensive support package to help agencies successfully transition to and use the new platform. Speakers will highlight GO.gov’s organizational change management plan, tailored training approach, communications strategy, Change Champion Network, Customer Engagement and Experience Managers, and a centralized Service Desk.

Topic:  Executing a Successful DTS Training Program and DTS Best Practices

Description: The purpose of the session is to cover latest enhancements to the Defense Travel System (DTS) including updates from the FY26 Maintenance Releases and functionality changes to the expense module, including new, standardized categories designed to streamline reporting and improve compliance. All DTS users will benefit from this system overview. This session provides a detailed, comprehensive overview of the latest enhancements to the Defense Travel System (DTS). The forum addresses how the FY26 Maintenance Releases, including new advisory notices, travel card reminders, and expanded booking capabilities support travel. Additionally, covered are the functionality updates to the DTS expenses module, which introduces new, standardized expense categories to improve compliance and streamline the voucher process. This presentation is applicable to all DTS users and provides a clear understanding of these important system changes.
