Mobility Enterprise Interoperability – Projecting and Sustaining the Joint Force

The Department of Defense (DoD) is dependent upon the USTRANSCOM mobility enterprise, comprised of three component commands, one subordinate command, and a joint reserve unit to project and sustain the joint force. It is important for joint professionals to have an increased understanding of this vital mission.

- Air Mobility Command (AMC)
- Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC)
- Military Sealift Command (MSC) Subordinate Command
- Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Reserve Unit:
- Joint Transportation Reserve Unit (JTRU)
