NDTA Announces Changes to Its Media Platforms

Oct 18, 2019 | From HQ

During NDTA’s annual meeting this week, changes to the association’s media platforms were announced. Here is what you need to know:

NDTAGram
The NDTAGram will remain a weekly staple in your inbox, however it is undergoing a major overhaul. First and foremost, we are rebranding it as The Source. As we have sought to increase the value and variety of the news and information we are providing to members, we wanted to ensure the name better matched the publication’s purpose as your source—The Source—for all things NDTA. In addition, emails will now be available in both HTML and plain text versions, and the HTML version will have a fresh, modern new look! Please add publications@ndtahq.com to your safe senders list to ensure receipt of this valuable resource.

DTJ
The bimonthly print version of the DTJ will remain the same. However, articles are now also being published online. Online articles will often include links for additional insights, they are searchable, and buttons on the page will allow you to easily share them through email or social media. This also provides us the opportunity to publish articles and other media online that could not be included in the print magazine. DTJ’s audience can expect to see more original content being published more frequently and in a variety of mediums including written articles, videos and podcasts.

The NDTA Website
You may have already noticed changes to NDTA’s website. We have been working on reorganizing the site and enhancing its functionality. Our goals are to make it easier for our members to navigate and to utilize this as a tool for increasing members’ professional knowledge. To that end, we have added several news and media pages that provide a wealth of information pertinent to this community—and all of which are fully searchable.

Some of the changes mentioned are already in place, but expect to see everything rolled out in the next few weeks. All of these changes have been made with our members in mind and with the intent of solidifying NDTA’s place as the premier educational association for you and the greater transportation, logistics and travel community.
