The National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) and the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), in association with the General Services Administration (GSA), are excited to host the 2023 GovTravels Symposium, February 27 – March 1, 2023.

Topic: Personnel and Readiness in a Post-Pandemic World

The 2023 GovTravels theme “On the Road Again – Industry & Government Travel Rebounds,” will be well complemented by the Under Secretary’s presentation.

As the Under Secretary, Mr. Cisneros serves as the principal staff assistant and advisor to the Secretary of Defense for force readiness; force management; health affairs; National Guard and Reserve component affairs; education and training; and military and civilian personnel requirements and management, including equal opportunity, morale, welfare, recreation, and quality of life matters. His oversight includes the Defense Human Resources Activity, a multifaceted organization with a diverse mission set of enterprise-wide programs including travel management and travel policy.
