Acquisition, Finance, Policy & Legal

  • Doing Business with Military Sealift Command – Learn more about the procurement process and MSC’s contracting priorities from MSC’s Contracting Department and Office of Small Business Programs. Hear directly from the MSC Deputy Director of Contracting how MSC conducts source selections and learn helpful hints on submitting offers. Whether you are new to Federal Government Contracting or need a refresher – this course will offer information on the Small Business Programs, available resources and tools, and where to find opportunities.

Cybersecurity & IT Best Practices

  • Cyber Threat Landscape for Freight Rail – This session equips USTRANSCOM and logistics leaders to prepare for Q day by integrating quantum resistant cryptography into zero trust architectures. Drawing on Booz Allen’s Thunderdome, PKI modernization, and PQC initiatives, it provides actionable steps to safeguard mobility, logistics, and command and control systems against emerging quantum threats while maintaining mission readiness.

Data, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, & Intelligence

  • Ready, United, Decisive: Unlocking Decision Advantage – This session explores how empowering teams with accessible tools and a data-driven culture transforms the way organizations operate and compete. Attendees will discover how to achieve Decision Advantage through faster execution, stronger team cohesion, and smarter strategic alignment. Through real-world use cases, we’ll demonstrate how our expertise and tools deliver smarter decisions, faster operations, and adaptable solutions. Participants will leave equipped to unlock their own decision advantage and drive measurable mission outcomes.

Government & Commercial Transportation & Logistics

  • Between Sealift and Airlift: Ground Effect Vessels and the Dispersed Nodes of Contested Logistics – Distributed operations generate many small, urgent movements that pose a tradeoff: Aggregation costs time, but movement costs efficiency. This session examines where ground-effect vessels fit in the ecosystem traditionally supported by rotary-wing, tactical airlift, and emerging autonomous resupply — including honest limits on sea state, payload, and infrastructure — and answers the certification and programming questions for which a flying vessel poses to the JDDE. Designed for mobility planners and acquisition professionals but welcome to all enthusiasts of innovation in transportation.

It will further unveil innovative advancements preparing for the future battlefield, including unmanned transport systems and smart port technology. This presentation is an essential session for professionals in the defense and logistics sectors.
