Opportunity to Review and Vote on Updated By-Laws
In 2022, NDTA completed a By-Laws review, updating the 2018 NDTA By-Laws with organizational and administrative changes that occurred over the past decade. The changes recommended reflect today’s NDTA structure and operation and sets the organization for the future. The update process involved a By-Laws Committee identifying and recommending changes; a General Counsel review; and an Executive Committee review. At this time, we are providing NDTA members with the opportunity to review the Summary of Proposed Changes and the Proposed By-Laws. Both documents are found on the NDTA website at www.ndtahq.com/about-us/. Members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed NDTA By-Laws during the NDTA Annual Meeting, Tuesday October 18th, 0800-0900am CT, at the Union Station Hotel, Grand Ballroom.
