NDTA, along with the NDTA Surface Transportation Committee and Ports Subcommittee, partners with USTRANSCOM’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Military Sealift Command (MSC), U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration (MARAD), the U.S. Coast Guard, logistics and transportation industry, and academia to provide the SFPC. A professional development tour of the Port of Virginia’s Norfolk International Terminal, America’s most modern port, on Tuesday, May 14. Roundtrip transportation will be provided to the Port of Virginia from the Newport News Marriott City Center hotel, departing at 3:15 pm and returning by 8 pm.
