Travel Academy Summary
- 20 interactive classes/seminars across 5 one-hour sessions.
- Professional and engaging government and industry speakers/instructors discussing topics from travel technology, sustainability, economics, and more. There’s something for all professional levels and interests in each Academy session!
- Learning, sharing, and professional networking through instructor presentation & interactive audience dialogue.
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs), will be available through McKendree University ($35 admin fee required).

- Technology & Innovation – Training and Education in this track will focus on developing skills related to travel technology and innovation that are shaping the future of the travel industry through current and future capabilities.
- Challenges & Solutions – Learn about the evolving ways industry and government help handle challenges and disruptions before, during, and after travel.
- Travel Program Management – Training and Education in this track will review tools and processes for efficient travel program management. Understand how to more effectively utilize official travel programs and resources to support travelers.
- Travel Policy & Compliance – Training and Education in this track will review government and industry best practices for implementing successful policy and ensuring compliance in travel programs.
